Long Life Care of Vermont is hiring an RCA / LNA / CNA to provide services to our clients in multiple locations in Chittenden County, Fairfax, and Milton County in Vermont which include, Essex Town, Saint Albans, Jericho, Burlington, Winooski, Williston, etc. Apply today for immediate consideration!

**Part-Time or Full-Time**

**Shift: many shifts are available on demand by our clients.

However standard full-time shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am**

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to residents in their daily activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

· Duties:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming

· Provide direct support to residents with developmental disabilities or memory care needs

· Monitor and record vital signs as needed

· Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

· Lift and transfer residents when necessary

Requirements:

· Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

· Knowledge of senior care practices and working with people with developmental disabilities

· Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility.

· Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents

· Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

Schedules:

Evening shift

Monday to Friday

Night shift

Overnight shift

Regular caregivers Pay: $17- $25.00 per hour

CNAs or LNAs who work as caregivers receive a pay range that varies between $19-$30/hour

Hourly rate for Experienced Licensed Nurses: $45-$115

Work Location: In person.
